9 Dimensions offers a breathing technique called 9D BreathWork, a revolutionary breathing therapy that uses a somatic approach and unique sound technology that helps you reach even deeper into the sub-world of consciousness.

The breathing technique offered by 9 Dimensions is based on 9D technology, which combines ancient techniques in relation to breathing exercises and modern medicine, and uses, among other things, what is called binaural beats.

 

The technique uses messages to the subconscious and helps reprogram it. Part of the technique is to use the voice techniques used in hypnosis and helps us get into a state where we are more receptive to change and the formation of new neural signals.

 

In 9D breathing, there are also many layers of special sounds and programming of the subconscious.

It is therefore safe to say that breathing is multidimensional.

 

Breathing techniques have a positive effect on stress, depression and anxiety. They help us to go deeper into self-reflection and work with unconscious attitudes, reactions and inner stories that may be holding us back. Techniques help us to release emotions and experience more power, joy and gratitude in life.

Valdimar Thor Svavarsson

Breathwork facilitator and therapist

Valdimar has worked in counseling and therapy for many years. His ambition is to support and provide safe environment for people to heal and grow. He has a university degree in business and social work, has specialist education in trauma therapy and has been working with various institutions and companies in the last 12 years with human recourse related issues. Valdimar is the host of The Codependency Podcast and has been using breathing techniques for years and is a licensed 9D facilitator.

Berglind Magnúsdóttir

Social Work, MA

Berglind is a social worker, has specialist training in trauma therapy and has completed the highest level of breathing training with Dr. Judith Kravitz called Transformational Breath. Berglind has worked in individual counseling and therapy for over a decade and has used breathing techniques as part of her therapeutic approach for many years. From years of supporting people dealing with self-esteem issues and childhood related trauma, Berglind has has gathered valuable experience that shines through with a sensitive and loving approach in her work.

When my wife first started learning a specific breathing technique to use in her therapy work, I thought it was a strange idea and thought to myself, “Aren’t we all breathing?”

I soon got to try a session with her and could never have believed how much of an impact the session had. I had been dealing for years with chronic illness from a Tick bite, followed with burnout with all the awful symptoms that has to offer. Huge energy fluctuations and imbalances in my well-being were a byproduct that I couldn’t find solutions for, no matter where I looked. As soon as I attended my first breathwork session, something new and exciting happened that has continued to happen and transform my life. As soon as I learned about 9D Breathwork, I felt that it was a perfect and welcoming opportunity to give more people the opportunity to experience the miracle I have.
