Welcome to the journey

Here are some instructions for you to be prepared for a breathwork session, whether it is in person offline or online.

Breathwork session in our studio

  • We recommend to wear comfortable clothing that keeps you warm. You will be provided with equipment on site, which includes a mattress, headphones, a pillow for your head and a blanket. Some people want to bring their own mattress and pillow, even a blanket and eye mask, and we highly recommend that. It is also a good idea to bring a bottle of water with you.
  • On some trips, it is recommended to make a good exhalation sound at specific points, which is why it is a good idea to have a small pillow with you that you can place over your mouth while doing so. We also provide pillows for that if you want.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that keeps you warm. It is important to choose a good place to lie down, whether it is on a mattress on the floor, on a sofa or in bed, and to ensure privacy while breathing. You can also sit in an armchair that can recline. It is good to have pillows under your head and even under your feet/knee pads to raise your knees a little.

  • Good privacy and headphones connected to the device you use to attend class are also key to feeling safe and enjoying the class to the fullest. We recommend that you set the device you use to silent mode to prevent messages or other distractions during class.

  • It can be helpful to have a blanket and even an eye mask, and we highly recommend it. It's also a good idea to have a tissue handy and a glass or water bottle to drink water after the time is up.

  • In some sessions, it is recommended to make a good exhalation sound at specific points, which is why it is a good idea to carry a small pillow with you that you can place over your mouth if needed.
