Welcome to the journey!
Here are some guidelines for you to be prepared for a breathing session, whether it's in on site or via ZOOM.
Breathwork session in our studio
It is best to wear comfortable clothing that keeps you warm. You will be provided with equipment on site, which includes a mattress, headphones and a pillow for your head. Some people want to bring their own mattress and pillow, even a blanket and eye mask, and we highly recommend that. It is also a good idea to bring a bottle of water with you.
On some breathwork journeys, it is recommended to make a good exhalation sound at specific points, so it is a good idea to bring a small pillow with you that you can place over your mouth during this time. We point out that it is important to arrive on time and you are welcome to be a little early - we'll be there to greed you :-)
We look forward to seeing you.

Online Breathwork session
You will receive a link to the e-mail address you provided when booking. The email will contain a link to the session. You can join the session by clicking on the link and you can attend using you phone, tablet or computer. It is important to use headphones to get the full experience of the journey.
It is best to wear comfortable clothing that keeps you warm. It is important to choose a good place to lie down, whether it is on a mattress on the floor, on a sofa or in bed, and to ensure privacy while breathing. You can sit in an armchair that can be tilted back. You use your own headphones. It is good to have pillows under your head and even under your feet/knee pads to raise your knees a little. It can be good to have a blanket. Many people find it better to use an eye mask and we definitely recommend it. It is also good to have water to drink after breathing.
On some trips, it is recommended to make a good exhalation sound at specific points, which is why it is a good idea to have a small pillow with you that you can place over your mouth while doing so.
